Hospitality Sprint Series 2026: AHLEI Guest Service Gold Training – San Ignacio

Our Hospitality Sprint Series 2026 – Guest Service Gold Training made its second stop in San Ignacio, Cayo (March 10–12) and it was another impactful session for Belize’s tourism professionals!

Over the course of three engaging days, participants took part in interactive discussions, hands-on activities, and role-play exercises designed to strengthen service excellence across the hospitality sector. The session was facilitated by Certified Hospitality Trainer Orissa Castillo.

We are proud to share that 20+ tourism professionals participated, of which 22 successfully passed their exam, earning their globally recognized Guest Service Gold credential and continuing to raise the standard of service excellence in Belize.
