Launch of Hospitality Sprint Series 2026: AHLEI Guest Service Gold Training – Caye Caulker

The first stop of our Hospitality Sprint Series 2026 – the Guest Service Gold Training was a full house with over 45 tourism professionals from across Ambergris Caye and Caye Caulker!

For three impactful days, participants engaged in hands-on and role-play activities, culminating with the official AHLEI exam led by Certified Hospitality Trainer Hugo Panti, and supported by BTB’s Vanessa Jacobs-Morey and Tracey Dawson.

Today, we celebrate over 45 newly certified, globally recognized Guest Service Gold professionals raising the standard of service excellence in Belize.
