Assessment & Certification

Completion Requirements

  • Full attendance of scheduled sessions (unless officially excused)
  • Successful completion of all modules
  • Completion of 40 hours of on-the-job training (for new entrants)

Assessment Criteria

  • Minimum passing score of 70% on each AHLEI proctored exam
  • Evaluations administered for:
    • Guest Service Gold
    • Certified Restaurant Server

Certifications Awarded

Upon successful completion, participants receive:
