BTB participates at the NRA Show 2025

The Belize Tourism Board (BTB) proudly concluded a successful week at the National Restaurant Association Show 2025 in Chicago, one of the most influential gatherings for the global foodservice and hospitality industry.

Representing BTB were Lloyd Enriquez, Director of Cruise & Capacity Development, and Vanessa Jacobs- Morey, Capacity Building Specialist, who explored innovative trends in culinary arts, technology, and operational excellence while building strategic relationships with global leaders.

Through our valued partnership with the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI), we connected with key organizations, including ServSafe, the Asociación Gastronómica de Honduras (AGHAS), Jamaica Centre for Tourism Innovation (JCTI), the American Culinary Federation (ACF), and industry disruptors driving the future of hospitality.

These engagements will directly inform the continued evolution of the Elevate Training Institute, our newly rebranded Capacity Building arm, focused on delivering world-class training programs that will raise the bar for service, innovation, and competitiveness in Belize’s tourism sector.

We are excited to bring these global insights home to Belize and put them into action.
