Hospitality Sprint Series 2026: AHLEI Guest Service Gold Training

Twenty-three Hospitality Professionals in Caye Caulker earned their AHLEI Guest Service Gold certification.

The 2026 Hospitality Sprint Series continued in Caye Caulker, where over three dynamic days, hospitality professionals enhanced their guest service knowledge and practical skills through an engaging and transformative Guest Service Gold Training under the guidance of Certified Hospitality Trainer, Evelyn Peraza.

We are excited to announce that 96% of participants successfully earned their AHLEI Guest Service Gold certification, adding to the growing network of certified Guest Service Professionals throughout Belize.

Through the continued collaboration between the BTB’s Elevate Training Institute and the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI), globally recognized hospitality training is made more accessible, empowering tourism professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences and strengthen Belize’s tourism industry.
